Terms of Service - Hourly Coaching Services

By purchasing and paying for our Hourly Coaching Service, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Hourly Coaching Service - Qualification

This service is exclusively available to Movers & Shapers Workshop Graduates.

 

2. Hourly Coaching Service - Purchase Confirmation and Appointment Booking

Appointment times will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment and clearance of funds into our designated bank account. Provisional bookings are not offered.

 

3. Hourly Coaching Service - Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via a support ticket through our website's help desk. WhatsApp and verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

Refunds (full payment less a R75 admin fee) will be granted if the written cancellation request is received within 24 hours of the order date. The refund will be processed via EFT to your bank account within 2 business days of the cancellation being accepted.

No refunds will be issued for coaching services cancelled after 24 hours from the order date.

If you purchase a coaching session and do not meet the qualification criteria, you will be refunded the full payment less the R75 admin fee.


4. Hourly Coaching Service - Transfers

Orders are non-resellable.

Orders may be transferred to another individual (the transferee) who has completed the Movers & Shapers Workshop.

Transfer requests must be submitted in writing via our support ticket system and include the following information for the new Hourly Coaching Service transferee:
     First and Last Name
     Email Address
     Cell Phone Number
     Movers & Shapers Workshop Order Number

The original buyer is responsible for the accuracy of this information.

The transferee agrees to these Terms of Service.

 

5. Hourly Coaching Service - No Cash Redemptions

Hourly Coaching Service orders cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

6. Hourly Coaching Service - Cancellation by Supplier

If the Hourly Coaching Service order is cancelled by the supplier, a full refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

 

7. Hourly Coaching Service - Refund Processing

All refunds will be processed via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the original payment source within one (1) week of the cancellation or refund approval.

 

8. Hourly Coaching Service - No-Show Policy

No refunds will be issued for missed appointments, regardless of the reason.

 

9. Hourly Coaching Service - Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued if the coaching service cannot be held due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: strikes, severe weather, power outages, war, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule the service. Attendees unable to attend the rescheduled date will not be entitled to a refund.

 

10. Hourly Coaching Service - Early Departure

No partial refunds will be given to attendees who leave the coaching session before it ends.

 

11. Hourly Coaching Service - Code of Conduct

Attendees must conduct themselves respectfully and civilly towards the coach. Any attendee who causes or incites violence will be forcibly removed and will not be eligible for a refund. Attendees must not be under the influence of harmful substances.

 

12. Hourly Coaching Service - Restrictions

Children and pets are not permitted during coaching sessions. Recording (audio or video) is prohibited without the supplier's express written consent.

 

13. Hourly Coaching Service - Consumer Protection Act Compliance (South Africa)

These terms and conditions are intended to comply with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) No. 68 of 2008. In the event of any conflict, the provisions of the CPA will prevail. The R75 admin fee is a reasonable charge for processing qualifying refunds and is not a penalty. The transfer option is provided to accommodate changes in circumstances and avoid unfair restrictions. A full refund will be issued if the supplier cancels the session, protecting consumers from financial loss due to events outside their control.

 

14. Hourly Coaching Service - Dispute Resolution

By purchasing one more more hourly coaching sessions, you agree to these terms and conditions. We will not enter into correspondence regarding disputes over these terms. If a dispute arises, you have the right to refer the matter to the National Consumer Commission (NCC) or the Consumer Tribunal.

 

15. Hourly Coaching Service - Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and paying for a coaching session, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.
