Let me tell you a little more about my journey. My story is about a journey to health and wellbeing.
My initial weight loss of 28 kilograms in eight months (at age 57 without excercise) was just the beginning.
I continued to lose weight steadily for a few more months until I reached my goal. Now, I'm at a place where I can enjoy a balanced diet without constantly worrying about the scale.
I've discovered the secret to maintaining a healthy weight while still savoring life's food pleasures.

As I aged, losing weight became a real struggle. Over 25 years, I gained 35 kilograms. I went from fit and healthy to overweight and unhealthy.
The last ten years before starting CLIFF Lifestyle were especially tough.
I developed joint pain, brain fog, and memory issues. High blood pressure and cholesterol also became a problem. I tried different weight loss programs, but they were either too expensive or just didn't work for me.
Failing repeatedly to regain my health and fitness left me feeling deeply depressed. I was extremely unhappy with how I looked and felt. My self-image plummeted, impacting my confidence, performance, motivation, and energy. I felt truly discouraged, as if I had no hope.
During that time, I became aware of my mother's declining health.
She gained weight, retained water, and struggled with mobility.
She became self-isolated and less active.
Daily tasks became a burden.
She suffered from high blood pressure, high cholesterol, asthma, and type 2 diabetes.
Her joints ached constantly, and she eventually needed mobility aids. It was heartbreaking to watch.
She took 14 pills a day, yet still felt sick and sluggish.
I worried I was headed down the same path.
Our family had a history of weight problems, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes. It seemed like obesity was a common thread.
Looking at myself, I saw the same troubling signs.
My hips, knees, and back ached. My ankles buckled. I even used walking sticks sometimes.
I felt unhappy, lost my confidence, and sank into depression. I felt trapped and oppressed.
I became deeply concerned about my future health and incredibly frustrated.
I knew I had to make a change. I needed to break this cycle.
Then, my mother’s story took an even more devastating turn.
She also started CLIFF Lifestyle and initially lost weight and reduced her medication.
But when she went back to her old eating habits, her health quickly declined.
She eventually died of heart failure.
This tragedy drove home the brutal truth: obesity can kill. It made me realize how serious eliminating obesity was.

Note: I'm not saying working out is bad, I'm saying that is how I achieved it.
